The print was absolutely gorgeous? The info about the types of paper and the differences was very helpful. Mistyphoto, the photographer was very responsive to my question about whether or not I would lose any of the picture after cropping to fit the 12x18 that I ordered. She immediately cropped it and sent me a picture of the cropping to 12x18. I was very impressed with her "virtual service with a smile". The end product was exceptional quality.
